Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

- Photos where applicable
We will work quickly to resolve the problem and arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
